Bay Head Beaches took a beating with this last storm!
This last Noreaster put an even bigger beating on our beaches, dragging lots of sand into the ocean! This was this morning at Howe Street...check out the jetty at the bottom of the steps! I've never seen it exposed and I saw a few long-time locals that said the same thing...in 30 years! Some nice waves rolling in though...

Check out this true Waterman...making the most of what God has given to him!
This is an awesome short film that I came across on a surfing forum that I go on...truely inspirational! I figured I would pass it along. Thank God for what you've got and don't dwell on what you don't have...live life the way it's supposed to be lived.

Friends of Skeeter Benefit - Sunday February 14th...Point Pleasant Elks Lodge - Bridge Ave. - be there!
Local standout Brian "Skeeter" Norling broke both bones in his leg, surfing in Bay Head, December 27th...he's out of work for 5 months! We're helping with a benefit to raise some cash for him and his family (wife and 2 young kids) to get them through this tough time! Should be an awesome day of fun, food, entertainment and getting together with friends! The Mike Dalton Band is playing, as well as Evergreen File and Undisputed...more bands on the way! Surf Taco is putting together some food...should be awesome. The Beach House donated this 6'0" Beach House Surfboards double ender quad to raise some cash! Hand made in Jax Beach, FL and glassed at the Clean Ocean Surfboards glass shop!
